• Usage and credit activity — generation events, credit balances, and related service logs needed to run the product.
• Billing-related references — subscription status, plan identifiers, and payment references processed through our billing provider. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
• Support communications — information you send when contacting us for help.

We use your data to:

• Provide and maintain your account and authentication
• Store projects and listings and deliver AI optimization features
• Track credits and usage for the service you request
• Process subscriptions and billing through our payment provider

Uploaded project and listing content is used to deliver the features you request. We do not sell your personal information or listing content.

Text and data you upload or create in Lisvera remain your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use and process that content in the service. We process your content only as needed to provide Lisvera.

We rely on trusted providers to operate Lisvera, including:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Lemon Squeezy — subscription billing and payment processing.
• AI provider — AI-powered listing generation (content you submit may be sent to generate outputs).
• Hosting provider — application delivery and infrastructure.

These providers process data only as needed to perform their role in delivering the service. Their own privacy practices may also apply.

We retain account, project, and usage data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. You may contact us with questions about retention or account-related requests.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Lisvera is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
