How refunds and cancellations work for Lisvera subscriptions and credits.

Overview
Lisvera is a digital, credit-based SaaS product. Paid subscriptions are processed through Lemon Squeezy. This policy describes how refund requests are generally handled. It is not legal advice and does not guarantee approval of any specific refund request.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error, were billed after canceling, or need help with a subscription issue, contact us with your account email and relevant details. We will review your request in good faith.
We do not offer automatic or instant refunds through this policy. Approval depends on the circumstances, your account activity, and payment provider rules.
Digital services and used credits
Lisvera provides software access and AI generation credits. After credits have been consumed for successful generations, those credits generally cannot be restored or refunded, because the service has already been delivered.
Partial refunds, if any, may be limited when substantial credit usage has already occurred during the billing period.
Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged twice for the same subscription period or encountered a clear billing error, contact us promptly. Include the email on your account and any relevant receipt or charge details so we can investigate.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription to stop future billing. Cancellation affects upcoming renewals; it does not automatically refund past charges or previously used credits.
Access and remaining credits after cancellation depend on your plan status and account settings at the time of cancellation.
Payment provider
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Some refund or charge disputes may also be handled through your payment method or the provider's dispute process. Contact us first if you need help understanding a charge on your account.
Chargebacks and abuse
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may delay resolution. We may restrict or suspend accounts involved in abusive billing behavior, repeated chargebacks, or fraud, as permitted by our Terms of Service.
