By creating an account or using Lisvera, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These terms are general website terms and do not constitute legal advice.

Lisvera helps sellers create projects, import product data, generate AI-assisted listing content (such as titles, descriptions, and tags), and export optimized files for marketplace workflows. Features, limits, and pricing may change over time as the product improves.

Lisvera does not guarantee marketplace approval, search rankings, or sales results.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to use Lisvera for illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive purposes. You must not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or interfere with the service or other users' access.

You are responsible for ensuring your uploaded content and use of the platform comply with applicable laws and marketplace policies.

You retain responsibility for content you upload or create in Lisvera. You represent that you have the rights needed to use that content in the service and on your sales channels.

Lisvera uses artificial intelligence to suggest titles, descriptions, tags, and related listing content. AI output is provided as a starting point and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, compliant, or suitable for every shop or marketplace.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before publishing to your marketplace or sales channel.

Free accounts include a one-time trial credit allowance. Paid plans include monthly credit allowances shown on the pricing page. Credits are generally consumed when listing generation completes successfully, subject to the limits and behavior shown in your account. Paid credits refresh monthly while your subscription stays active.

Plan details, pricing, and credit allowances may be updated from time to time. Changes to paid subscriptions are described at checkout and in your account.

Paid subscriptions are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you also agree to applicable payment provider terms. Taxes, renewals, and payment failures are handled according to your subscription status and provider rules.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing flows made available in the product. Canceling stops future billing but does not automatically refund past charges or credits already used.

Lisvera is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowed.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, specific search rankings, sales results, or marketplace approval of generated content.

To the extent permitted by law, Lisvera and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100) if you have not paid us, whichever is greater, unless a higher limit is required by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to Lisvera if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, abused the service, or created risk for other users or the platform. You may stop using the service at any time.
